HAIPICK ACR Series
On May 28, 2021, HAI ROBOTICS, autonomous case-handling robotic (ACR) system pioneer and provider of warehouse automation solutions with advanced robotics system, obtained the EN ISO 3691-4:2020 Machinery Directive Certificate for its HAIPICK ACR robot series (HAIPICK A42/A42D/A42N) issued by the technical testing organization TÜV Rheinland Greater China (hereinafter referred to as “TÜV Rheinland).

The CE Mark is a technical standard, denoted by the symbol “CE”. The CE Mark is regarded as the “passport” for manufacturers to enter the European market. It proves the excellent safety, health, and environmental protection performance of HAIPICK ACR robots and marks the new stage in the company's global expansion and development.

The robots are equipped with mature and reliable security devices such as safety PLC, double laser scanner, and safe touch edges, which meet the requirements of stable, efficient, safe, and reliable intelligent storage. The robots can dynamically adjust personnel protection strategies according to different operating areas to achieve a perfect balance between safety and efficiency. In addition, the complimentary equipment such as automatic charging stations have also obtained the CE Mark.
From the previous EN 1525-1997 to the latest ISO-3691-4:2020, HAI ROBOTICS' product safety strategy adapts to the latest safety standards to maintain the highest safety requirements. The increasing demand for automation transformation in the logistics industry has become an inevitable trend in the whole manufacturing chain from material stocking warehouses, production lines, sidelines, semi-finished product warehouses, and finished product warehouses. In the past, multishuttle, storage/retrieval machines, and Autostore solutions became a trend. However, such solutions cannot fully adapt in some scenarios.
