Our customer, a toy company in Shantou, China, has taken a significant step forward by becoming the second toy company in the region to implement warehouse automation. With over 30,000 other toy companies in the area, this decision sets them apart from the competition. By automating their warehouse operations, they aim to overcome the challenges of storing and stacking various small-sized SKUs, ultimately improving delivery efficiency and increasing picking productivity. Additionally, the adoption of automation will enable them to efficiently manage and analyze warehouse data digitally.
