Winit (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading provider of cross-border e-commerce solutions, offering overseas warehousing and distribution services in Australia, the United States, and Europe. With a focus on helping Chinese sellers localize their operations abroad, Winit aims to reduce the time it takes for goods to reach the final buyer, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and sellers' overseas competitiveness.

Our Solution

As Winit's business grew rapidly, the company needed to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs due to high labor costs in the UK. Winit's warehouse handles a variety of goods, necessitating the need to improve inventory storage density. As it has been informed that HAI ROBOTICS' ACR system has been successfully implemented in multiple overseas projects in the e-commerce industry, Winit is confident in the project collaboration with HAI ROBOTICS.

The project achieved the following results:

1. Rapid operations

The HAIPICK robot, with a height of more than 4 meters, is equipped with an on-conveyor picking workstation that can handle continuous carton supply and workstation operation. The average efficiency of the workstation can reach more than 450 pieces, and the daily processing capacity can reach 50,000 pieces.

2. High storage density

After implementing the HAIPICK system, Winit's British warehouse can double its storage density and store more than 10 totes per unit area.

3. Precise prompts and efficient selection

The system supports automatic identification of totes, improves picking accuracy and efficiency through the picking display interface and electronic label, and designs different picking schemes for different orders, achieving a 3-4 times increase in picking efficiency.

4. High utilization

The tote division is flexible and variable, allowing for the adjustment of 1/2/4/8 grids based on the commodity size, doubling the storage capacity of divided totes, fully improving the volume utilization of the tote, and meeting the storage requirements of more SKUs.

Winit needed to improve its warehouse operational efficiency and reduce costs. Hai Robotics' solution has been applied in the e-commerce industry, providing a mature and stable solution to meet Winit's requirements.
