You will also have the opportunity to discuss your operational priorities directly with our experts and discover how customer needs shape the development of our solutions.

 

The trip concludes in Shanghai directly ahead of CeMAT ASIA, making it convenient for guests attending the exhibition to extend their stay.

The Shenzhen program will include visits to our Global Headquarters, R&D facilities, and manufacturing operations, together with demonstrations of our latest technologies and innovations.

  • Shanghai

Experience Hai Robotics technology in a live operational environment through a scheduled customer-site visit.

The official program concludes in Shanghai on November 2, directly before CeMAT ASIA.

What is included?

Hai Robotics will cover lodging expenses in China during the official programme, including:

 

  • Individual hotel accommodation from October 27 until checkout on November 2

 

  • Local transportation

 

  • Meals

International flights to Shenzhen and from Shanghai are not included. Personal expenses and any additional accommodation outside the official programme are also at the guest’s own expense.

How to be a part of the event?

Hai Experience China 2026 is an invitation-only event with limited availability. If you have received an invitation, please register your interest by September 20, 2026, using the registration form. Submitting the form does not automatically confirm participation. We will contact you after the registration period with confirmation and further details.

When will my participation be confirmed?

After submitting the registration form, you will receive confirmation from our team within two business days. Please wait for this confirmation before finalizing your international travel arrangements.

Is the event free of charge?

Yes. Hai Robotics will cover all expenses in China during the official program, including accommodations, local transportation, meals, and scheduled site visits.

International flights to Shenzhen and from Shanghai are not included and should be arranged separately by each guest. Any personal expenses or additional accommodations outside the official program are also at the guest’s own expense.

What accommodations will be provided?

Hai Robotics will provide each guest with an individual hotel room for the duration of the official program, from October 27 until checkout on November 2. Any additional accommodations after the program, including an extended stay for CeMAT ASIA, should be arranged separately by the guest.

What should I do to prepare for the trip?

Just a few simple steps:

  • Check whether you need a visa to enter China. If required, Hai Robotics will be happy to support you with the necessary documentation.

  • Book your international flight to Shenzhen, arriving on October 27.

  • Arrange your return flight from Shanghai after the program concludes on November 2.

During the official program, we will take care of your accommodations, local transportation, meals, and scheduled site visits.

Can I visit CeMAT ASIA while I’m in China?

Absolutely. Hai Experience China 2026 concludes in Shanghai directly before CeMAT ASIA, making it easy to extend your stay and attend the exhibition.

If you would like assistance with admission tickets or are interested in a guided visit, please let us know. Any additional accommodations and other expenses after the official Hai Experience program are not included.
