Hai Robotics, a leading global provider of warehouse automation for inventory storage and order fulfillment, has appointed two senior executives to its Americas leadership team: Alan Berstein as General Manager, Latin America (LATAM) and Paul Pendleton as Vice President of Delivery.

As General Manager, LATAM, Alan Berstein will lead Hai Robotics' growth and expansion strategy throughout Latin America while strengthening support for customers and partners across the region. He will be responsible for building and scaling the regional team, expanding market presence, and ensuring customers have access to the resources and expertise needed to maximize the value of their automation investments.

Berstein brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning automation, supply chain engineering, technology, service, and business development throughout Latin America.

Throughout his career, Berstein has built customer-centric organizations focused on delivering measurable operational improvements, scalable automation solutions, and long-term service excellence.

As Vice President of Delivery, Paul Pendleton will lead the end-to-end delivery of Hai Robotics' warehouse automation deployments across the Americas, overseeing delivery strategy, execution, talent development, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Pendleton joins Hai Robotics with extensive experience leading large-scale automation programs and complex industrial projects for enterprise customers. Throughout his career, he has directed project and operations management for major automation organizations, led global programs for automotive OEMs, and held leadership positions across the automotive, aerospace, and defense industries.

Known for his disciplined approach to execution and customer-first leadership style, Pendleton has built high-performing teams responsible for delivering complex, multi-site programs while maintaining a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and customer outcomes.
