Hai Robotics is proud to announce the successful deployment of its HaiPick solution at Zuellig Pharma Korea’s newly inaugurated Clinical Trial Support (CTS) Innovation Center. Strategically located in Gyeonggi-do near the Gyeongbu Expressway, the CTS Innovation Center is designed to meet the dynamic demands of clinical trials across domestic and international markets. The state-of-the-art facility features capabilities such as automated order fulfillment, cold chain logistics, cryogenic storage, and dedicated packaging areas—ensuring rigorous product integrity at each stage of the supply chain.
To elevate operational efficiency, Zuellig Pharma partnered with Hai Robotics to integrate its autonomous HaiPick system—a smart, space-efficient solution that enhances storage capacity, streamlines inbound and outbound processes, and ensures accurate inventory management.
The automated system seamlessly supports workers across multi-temperature zones, ensuring the precise and efficient handling of critical therapies and research materials throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
