TGW Logistics and Hai Robotics Partner to Expand Flexible Warehouse Automation Solutions

TGW Logistics and Hai Robotics have signed a partnership agreement at the end of 2025 to collaborate on the integration of robotics technologies into advanced warehouse automation solutions globally. Through this partnership, TGW Logistics, one of the world’s leading providers of intralogistics solutions, and Hai Robotics, a global leader in automated case-handling robotics (ACR), will combine their complementary technologies to deliver flexible, scalable, and future-ready automation solutions for warehouses and distribution centers.

The collaboration aims to expand the range of automation options available to customers while addressing the growing demand for adaptable fulfillment solutions in industries such as fashion & apparel, grocery and consumer goods.

“Through our partnership with Hai Robotics, we continue to expand the set of technologies available within our modular fulfillment portfolio. As a leading global system integrator, our role is to design and deliver complete end-to-end intralogistics solutions that are precisely matched to our customers' operational requirements." said Martin Price, SVP Global Marketing at TGW Logistics.

A key area of partnership between the two companies lies in supporting TGW Logistics' flexible goods-to-person solutions. Hai Robotics’ HaiPick Climb technology forms the robotic foundation of TGW Logistics' LivePick solution, contributing advanced capabilities that support modular and future-ready fulfillment systems.

"By integrating automated case-handling robotics into our LivePick system architecture, we further extend the flexibility of our goods-to-person solutions, particularly in environments where adaptability, scalability, and rapid deployment are important. At TGW Logistics, our focus is always on building the right overall solution — combining software, robotics, storage, and conveyor technologies into a cohesive system that performs reliably in real operations. Partnerships such as this with Hai Robotics enable us to broaden the toolbox available to our engineering teams while continuing to deliver robust, future-ready automation systems for our customers.” added Martin Price.
