Hai Robotics is proud to announce that its latest innovation, HaiPick Climb, has been awarded the Excellence in Automation trophy at the 2025 Archies Awards, organised by the UK Material Handling Association (UKMHA). This prestigious recognition highlights Hai Robotics' continued commitment to transforming warehouse automation through cutting-edge technology and user-focused design.

Launched earlier this year, HaiPick Climb is a new-generation goods-to-person system that redefines efficiency and scalability for modern intralogistics. With its single-sided climbing, under-rack movement, and modular deployment, the system achieves exceptional storage density, high throughput, and rapid installation - all without extensive infrastructure upgrades. Its dual-layer fall prevention technology also ensures robust operational safety across high-bay warehouses.

The Archies Awards celebrate the most innovative technologies and projects within the material handling industry. The Excellence in Automation category recognises products or solutions that have made a significant impact on operational performance, safety, and future-readiness. This latest honour follows HaiPick Climb’s double recognition at Modernlog 2025 in Poland, where it was awarded both the MTP Group Gold Medal and the Consumer’s Choice Award - reinforcing its position as one of the most innovative solutions on the global stage.

“We are honoured to receive the Excellence in Automation award for HaiPick Climb,” said NiKil Bharakhada, Country Manager of UK & Ireland at Hai Robotics. “This recognition affirms our mission to deliver simplified yet powerful automation systems that help businesses unlock new levels of flexibility and performance. It’s a proud moment for our team and partners.”

The award also built momentum for IMHX 2025, where Hai Robotics demonstrated HaiPick Climb live for the first time in the UK. The award-winning solution is already deployed in Europe, including a live system supporting a Fortune 500 e-commerce client in Poland.

In the UK, Hai Robotics works with a number of leading system integrators, including Logistex. Their joint project with the John Lewis Partnership was also recognised at The Archies 2025, winning Intralogistics Project of the Year, a testament to the power of collaboration and best-in-class automation.

“We’re thrilled to see our technology contribute to a multi-award-winning project,” added Nikil. “It’s a testament to the strong collaboration between Hai Robotics, Logistex, and our shared commitment to shaping the future of logistics.”

HaiPick Climb’s recognition at The Archies 2025 marks another step forward in Hai Robotics’ mission to deliver agile, efficient, and future-ready warehouse automation - tailored to the evolving needs of global supply chains.
