A New Chapter for Warehouse Automation: The Launch of HaiPick Climb
The first HaiClimbers rolled into warehouses around the world in Q1 2025, marking the beginning of a new chapter for warehouse automation. HaiPick Climb, our groundbreaking ASRS solution, reimagines how automation can be simple, efficient, and adaptable to real operational needs.
From its global debut to live demonstrations at more than 20 exhibitions, the system captured the attention of customers and partners alike, showing firsthand how high-performance automation can be simple, efficient, and scalable. Across industries, people responded to a solution that fits naturally into diverse scenarios and grows at the pace their businesses demand.
As deployments expanded, feedback remained consistently positive. By the end of the year, over 3,000 HaiClimbers have been deployed or are under implementation worldwide, a clear sign that the industry is ready for automation that delivers efficiency without unnecessary complexity.
Collaborations That Expanded Our Global Network
Partnerships have always been at the core of our growth. With 7 new strategic partners, we expanded into new regions like South Africa and Latin America, and explored additional application scenarios. These collaborations allowed us to better understand local markets and explore new operational challenges alongside trusted partners.
Beyond partnerships, 2025 was a year of tangible impact for our customers. Over the years, more than 29,000 robots are now in operation or underway worldwide, helping 1,200+ customers transform their operations and build more responsive, resilient supply chains.
In 2025 alone, we delivered over 7,000 robots, each bringing real operational improvements and enabling businesses across industries to meet growing demand with greater efficiency. Every deployment told a story of smarter, faster, and more flexible warehouses, and together with our customers, we turned challenges into achievements.
Growth That Strengthened Our Delivery Capabilities
This year, we enhanced our production and supply capabilities to support the expanding number of global deployments. This included the opening of two new manufacturing facilities in China and Malaysia, which increased our production capacity by tenfold and strengthened our ability to meet growing customer demand.
This growth was not simply about increasing output. It allowed us to shorten delivery cycles, improve consistency across regions, and create a stronger operational foundation for fast-growing markets. As a result, we are better equipped to support customers with greater reliability and speed.
