About the Client
Anta is a leading global sportswear brand specializing in professional sports, fashion sports, and outdoor apparel. The company operates a diverse portfolio of well-known brands and serves a wide range of customers through both wholesale channels and direct-to-consumer platforms, including brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce.
With rapid growth in product variety and sales volume, Anta faces increasing complexity in its supply chain and warehouse operations. To support its strategic growth and adapt to evolving consumer demands, Anta recognized the need to modernize its logistics infrastructure.

The Challenge
Anta faced several critical challenges in their warehouse operations. The company needed to boost picking efficiency while cutting labor intensity and costs. At the same time, they aimed to maximize space utilization by increasing storage density to accommodate a rapidly growing variety of SKUs and inventory.
The warehouse also had to support mixed storage and picking workflows for both footwear and apparel, products that differ greatly in size and handling requirements. Additionally, the system needed to manage shipments for both B2B retail stores and B2C e-commerce customers efficiently.
Looking ahead, Anta required a scalable, flexible solution capable of adapting to changing business volumes and evolving operational demands.
To overcome these challenges, Anta selected Hai Robotics’ HaiPick Climb system for its new warehouse elevation, featuring:
-
Storage area: 6,400+ sqm
-
Racking height: 8.7m
-
Robots: 125 HaiClimbers, 35 chargers
-
Workstations: 7 inbound stations and 30 outbound workstations
-
Tote size: 650x450x370 mm
-
Storage capacity: 120,000+ storage locations
-
Inbound efficiency: Around 300 totes/hour
-
Outbound efficiency: Around 2,400 totes/hour
-
Accelerated ROI with Rapid Deployment
The system was implemented in as quickly as 3 months, allowing Anta to swiftly transition to automated operations without disrupting ongoing business. This significantly accelerated Anta’s return on investment.
-
Optimized Space Utilization
By achieving an impressive 98% vertical space utilization with more than 120,000 storage locations, Anta increased warehouse capacity by 300%, allowing them to accommodate growing inventory without expanding their physical footprint.
-
Enhanced Throughput with Greater Accuracy
By integrating a simplified system featuring a single robot handling all tasks, the overall throughput reaches up to 2,400 totes per hour. This automated workflow not only increases order accuracy but also reduces labor costs significantly.
-
Scalable for Growth
The solution was designed from the outset to accommodate future expansion needs. Its flexible, modular system architecture makes this possible, allowing Anta to easily increase capacity by adding robots and workstations as their business evolves, ensuring long-term adaptability.
