Primary Responsibilities:
- Requirements collection and analysis: Work closely with internal and external customers to capture business requirements and apply these requirements to systems design and implementation;
- Project Delivery: Be a key player in whole process of project delivery and system improvement. Control all aspects of project software delivery such as: software blueprint design and output, financial estimation, internal and external communication, development, testing and training.
- Project Management: Manage client expectations and improve client satisfaction, resolve project issues in a timely manner with the R&D team, and provide technical and product knowledge training to the client;
- Team empowerment: Participate in cross-departmental empowerment work, transferring system knowledge to customers/or internal teams;
- Product enhancement: Follow up on industry development trends and directions, identify and feedback industry common requirements, and promote the enhancement of product capabilities; collect customer feedback and work closely with R&D teams to optimize and improve the products and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or above (Automation, Information Technology or logistics related field preferred);
- 1+ years experience in overseas software delivery, with the ability of requirement analysis and project delivery of warehouse management system;
- Chinese & English is a must: Good both written and oral;
- Good communication and presentation skills and teamwork ability, able to maintain good communication with customers and internal team;
- Strong problem solving skills and able to handle various problems encountered in the work independently;
- Work conscientiously and responsibly, proactive, with strong learning ability and stress resistance, able to adapt to business trips(expected travel apporximately 10%-20%).
