Hai Robotics USA is looking for a Market Engagement Specialist to help grow our market in North America. We are an established global company that has been in the U.S. for 2 years. This is a key role that will produce and develop leads to help grow our market here in the US and North America. In this role you will be part of a small U.S.-based marketing team. You will have the ability to use a range of skills and be a key part in developing this market from the early stages. You will enjoy the freedoms that come with working at a tech startup, with the backing of a global company providing industrial robotics.

In this role you will own the generation of efforts to increase incoming lead amounts and SQL conversion. Using a variety of digital platforms including email, social media, and search engines, you will develop methods to increase engagement from our target market. You will directly contact prospects when appropriate and develop automated marketing systems to increase operational efficiency and develop the leads into sales-ready accounts. You will optimize the use of platforms including social media, website and landing pages, email marketing, HubSpot Campaigns oversite, and Google.

This role is fully remote with up to 10% of the time traveling and report to the U.S. Marketing Director.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Increase inbound lead count, lead quality, and continued engagement mostly through digital efforts.
  • Increase sales-ready lead development.
  • Improve lead processing.
  • Account based marketing (ABM) for targeted account & leads.
  • Development automated marketing and lead development processes
  • Email marketing.
  • Social media engagement
  • Optimize Google Ad
  • Reporting and continued improvement

 

Skills and Background:

  • Understanding of successful business development or lead generation tactics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 1+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience in the warehousing, robotics, distribution, 3PL, supply chain, ASRS, or automation industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics.
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, and Apollo proficiency or other marketing CRM.
  • Spanish proficiency preferred but not required.
