We are currently seeking a Resident Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, ensuring the smooth operations and optimal performance of our robotics solutions. You should possess strong communication skills to promptly respond to service orders, engage with customers to address their needs, and enhance overall satisfaction and equipment availability. Additionally, the Resident Engineer will be tasked with delivering necessary training to customers and integrators, ensuring they are well-versed in equipment operation, safety precautions, and troubleshooting techniques.The Resident Engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to uphold service excellence and drive operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for on-site technical support, including equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and repair, to ensure the normal operation and performance of the equipment.

• Quickly respond to service orders related to on-site service, communicate with customers in a timely manner, solve customer problems and needs, and improve customer satisfaction and equipment availability.

• Responsible for providing necessary training to customer/ integrators , teaching equipment operation methods, usage precautions and common problem solutions.

• Responsible for periodic summary and feedback of the problems handled, analyze the causes and solutions of the problems, propose improvement suggestions, and promote continuous improvement.

• Responsible for ordering and inventory management of spare parts, reasonably control the quantity and quality of spare parts, ensure the timely supply and effective use of spare parts.

• Other work related to the service

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

In addition to the above requirements, you have:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer, Information Management and Mechatronics Automation related majors; candidates with network or database basic knowledge preferred

• 1 - 2 years of technical support related work experience.

• The ability to learn and operate mechanical, electrical and logistics system software, and be able to use related tools and equipment proficiently

• Good communication skills

• Fluency in English speaking & writing. Chinese is a plus
