Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender & Contract Management: Prepare tender documents, manage after-sales service quotations, and review contract risks.
2. Project Handover & Risk Control: Lead project handover processes, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth transitions.
3. On-Site Service Supervision: Oversee on-site service teams and technical experts to ensure service quality and readiness.
4. Technical Issue Resolution: Coordinate resources to resolve critical on-site technical failures efficiently.
5. Customer Relationship & Quality Improvement: Maintain client satisfaction, drive service improvements, and address quality issues.
6. After-Sales Sales Support: Achieve sales targets through product upgrade recommendations and client engagement.
Skills and Background:
1. Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Logistics Management, or related fields.
2. Experience: Experience in customer service/project management; Background in AGV/logistics automation industries; On-site service management or project implementation experience.
3. Core Competencies: Familiarity with tender processes and contract risk management; Ability to analyze risks and develop contingency plans; Technical communication skills in English; Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
