Hai Robotics Appoints Will Fan as General Manager, ANZ
Hai Robotics ("Hai") has appointed Will Fan as its new General Manager, ANZ, effective immediately. Fan will be responsible for managing and directing all aspects of Hai's operations in Australia and New Zealand by bringing more flexible and reliable automation solutions with high standard delivery, thus facilitating market expansion and new business opportunities in the region.
Fan brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the local logistics market, as well as a proven track record of sales and business development within the B2B industry. Prior to his appointment, Fan served as Regional Sales Director for Hai Robotics ANZ, and Sales Director for three years for the Singapore market. Among his many successes, Fan has demonstrated outstanding leadership in spearheading numerous projects both locally and internationally, as well as played a critical role in serving clients varying across a range of sectors—including electronics, retail, 3PL and e-commerce.

In his new role, Fan will also facilitate cross-collaboration between the Australian subsidiary and Hai's global headquarters to ensure alignment on regional and global company objectives. Fan has proven to be a trusted player who not only has expertise navigating the complexities of the sales process, but also an in-depth understanding of customer pain points and how Hai solutions help address them, thus positioning Hai ANZ for long-term success.
Hai Robotics is a global enterprise that has more than 1,000 projects worldwide and serves customers from more than 30 countries and regions, with offices in China, the United States, Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, South Korea and Australia. Hai officially entered the ANZ market in July 2021, and has a number of solutions in progress within both B2B and B2C sectors—such as grocery, automotive parts and retail. Most recently, Hai Robotics was chosen by BPS Global Australia to expand the SKU capacity of Australia-based retail firm Harvey Norman Commercial.
